  2.                          PRINTING LABELS & PHONE LISTS

  4.          Labels can be printed organized by primary sort field or by
  5.          record number.  Lists are always organized by primary sort
  6.          field.  You can also specify the number of labels per record
  7.          to print.  A printing run for both labels and lists can be
  8.          limited as follows:

  10.             PRIMARY SORT FIELD:  Set the lowest value to include and
  11.          the highest value to include.  Only the number of characters
  12.          you enter are evaluated.  For example, limiting the primary
  13.          sort field from "A" to "Z" would cause it to accept the
  14.          entire dictionary from Aardvark to Zymurgy.  If desired, you
  15.          may also use "?" as a wildcard to indicate that you don't
  16.          care about characters that follow.  Entering "A?" will yield
  17.          the same result as "A".

  19.             SUBLIST CODE:  You can specify one sublist code.  If a
  20.          code is specified, only those records containing that code
  21.          will print.  If no code is specified, then all records in the
  22.          selected range will print.

  24.             ADDITIONAL LIMITS:  You can select one additional field
  25.          (other than the primary sort field) and specify upper and
  26.          lower limits.  For example, a list organized by name could
  27.          still be limited to a specified zipcode segment, city or
  28.          state.  The rules that apply to the primary sort field limits
  29.          also apply to additional limits.
