- PRINTING LABELS & PHONE LISTS
-
- Labels can be printed organized by primary sort field or by
- record number. Lists are always organized by primary sort
- field. You can also specify the number of labels per record
- to print. A printing run for both labels and lists can be
- limited as follows:
-
- PRIMARY SORT FIELD: Set the lowest value to include and
- the highest value to include. Only the number of characters
- you enter are evaluated. For example, limiting the primary
- sort field from "A" to "Z" would cause it to accept the
- entire dictionary from Aardvark to Zymurgy. If desired, you
- may also use "?" as a wildcard to indicate that you don't
- care about characters that follow. Entering "A?" will yield
- the same result as "A".
-
- SUBLIST CODE: You can specify one sublist code. If a
- code is specified, only those records containing that code
- will print. If no code is specified, then all records in the
- selected range will print.
-
- ADDITIONAL LIMITS: You can select one additional field
- (other than the primary sort field) and specify upper and
- lower limits. For example, a list organized by name could
- still be limited to a specified zipcode segment, city or
- state. The rules that apply to the primary sort field limits
- also apply to additional limits.
